Venture Products, Inc. (VENTRAC) is accepting applications for full-time positions on 2nd shift for FABRICATION, WELDING, ASSEMBLY and PAINTING departments, as well as 1st shift ASSEMBLY department.

Ideal candidates must have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast pace, highly flexible, team environment. Excellent attendance record is a must.

Welding applicants must have 2+ yrs welding experience in MIG/pulse. Operators will be trained to program, set up and run robots.

Territory Sales Manager

North Central US Territory -
The Territory Manager is responsible for building and developing a dealership network that expands the distribution network for the Ventrac product line. This position will support strategic goals of the company and will build and maintain strong relationships with the Ventrac dealerships/customers. This job involves a relationship based approach that allows us to create a positive and informative experience by exceeding expectations and demonstrating outstanding product knowledge, along with a world class customer service experience with every interaction for each customer lead contact.


Responsibilities:
  • o Attending and supporting dealerships activities such as tradeshows, open-houses etc.
  • Developing strategies/plans of actions for Ventrac products to be sold within each dealership and hold the dealership accountable to those plans and outcomes
  • Marketing-Network
  • Programs Implementation
  • Product /Demo training
  • o Plan and Coordinate training such as:
  • o Monitor dealer sales to determine effectiveness of dealers sales force
  • o Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products
  • o Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • o Prospect for successful dealers in needed markets
  • o Actively solve problems and issues within assigned territory
  • o Monitor dealers success in each market and increase market share yearly.
  • o Develop a dealership network in the Western US and other territories at the request and needs of Venture Products Inc.
  • o Build healthy and productive communication within and outside of Venture Products
  • o Confer with potential customers regarding purchasing requirements per contracts
  • o Be field expert in territory regarding marketing and product needs, yearly sales programs, dealer development programs, overall sales strategy and other areas that can improve Venture Products Inc.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Superb ability to read, understand and interpret mechanical and operational information effectively
  • Excellent grammar, voice and diction abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills professional, courteous, friendly and helpful
  • Must be willing and capable to trailer, load, unload and demonstrate equipment
  • Overall travel is expected to be approximately 75% annually; travel will require overnights and some weekends away from home
  • Must have mechanical aptitude
  • Must enjoy building and nurturing long term business relationships.
  • Sales experience in the turf or dealership market
  • Demonstrated long term customer relationship
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Successfully demonstrated - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone communication

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field

Position Title: Receiving/Production Supply Clerk Job Code: 07-960.3 Date: 7-12-2017 Status: Full-time Reports to: Purchasing Manager- Randy Willard Summary: This position works closely with the Purchasing Department and is responsible for receiving all shipments, checking for accuracy, condition of deliveries and ensuring both made-in and purchased components are delivered to the correct recipients. This person will pack bins for attachment and kit assembly and replenish component stock for continuous flow assembly lines while maintaining the receiving/production supply area in an organized and clean condition.

Position Responsibilities:
Receiving Clerk
o Unload Trucks/UPS
o Checking in all packages
o Non-palletized delivers are unloaded onto proper cart
o Verify package/pallets count to packing slip and check for condition
Production Supply
o Put away components (Made-in/bought out) in proper location
o Set up and restock assembly lines
o Maintain a working knowledge of stocked items
o Maintain a working knowledge of SYSPRO Impact as it pertains to inventory
o Maintain a working knowledge of VPI receiving/bin management software.
o Maintain a working knowledge of all KANBAN items and the rules
o Maintain a working and growing knowledge of VPIs part number system
o Maintain neat and organized warehouse
o Maintain accurate inventory
o Participate in inventory cycle counts
o Works closely with other department/line leaders in production to ensure they have the right parts at the right time.
o Fulfill internal component requests.
