This position requires a person to set up, operate, and/or tend welding machines or robots to produce weldments. They must pay HIGH attention to detail and work under limited supervision. They must efficiently perform hand welding and running of a robot welder. This job involves collaborating with other team members to help meet department goals and objectives.
2nd SHIFT


Responsibilities:

  • Operate a welding robot and/or perform hand welding to produce accurate weldments/assemblies.
  • Read and understand schematics, drawings, and other work instructions.
  • Set up jobs by selecting appropriate jigs, fixtures, weld patterns, components, programs, tooling, etc. and using them correctly.
  • Use hand tools/machines/hoists, etc. to assemble parts for welding.
  • Load, position, & weld the raw materials (&/or machined parts) correctly in fixtures.
  • Operate/tend the welding machine(s)/robot(s), including monitoring of gauges, the appearance of the weld stitches, the sound of the welding machine, & other feedback mechanisms - & tuning them to optimize the welding process for quality & efficiency.
  • Conduct quality control checks on your work by inspecting, operating, and testing your finished products/processes to verify functioning, machine capabilities, or conformance to required specifications, and make any needed adjustments or repairs immediately.
  • Perform cleaning operations (scale & BB removal, etc.) on parts post-weld.
  • Perform other supporting processes, such as basic routine maintenance, clocking in/out of jobs electronically so that parts can be tracked, and helping control costs by operating effectively & efficiently.
  • Have basic working knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
  • Produce quality product in a team environment to meet department goals and objectives

North Central US Territory - The Territory Manager is responsible for building and developing a dealership network that expands the distribution network for the Ventrac product line. This position will support strategic goals of the company and will build and maintain strong relationships with the Ventrac dealerships/customers. This job involves a relationship based approach that allows us to create a positive and informative experience by exceeding expectations and demonstrating outstanding product knowledge, along with a world class customer service experience with every interaction for each customer lead contact.

Position Responsibilities:
o Develop a dealership network in the North Central US and other territories at the request and needs of Venture Products Inc.

o Monitor dealer’s success in each market and increase market share yearly.

• Sales experience in the turf or dealership market

• Must have mechanical aptitude
• Overall travel is expected to be approximately 75% annually; travel will require overnights and some weekends away from home
• Must be willing and capable to trailer, load, unload and demonstrate equipment

Summary:
An Accounting Clerk will work directly with the Financial Accountant and will be responsible for completing certificates of liability, file correspondence, invoices, and mailings. Perform any combination of routine accounting department basic duties.


Responsibilities:

  • o Audits suppliers invoices for pricing accuracy
