Welding applicants must have 2+ yrs welding experience in MIG/pulse. Operators will be trained to program, set up and run robots.

Fabricator/press Brake Operator

This member of the fabrication team will primarily be responsible for operating a press brake, along with other work centers within the department. 2nd shift

Welding Robot Operator

Summary:
This position requires a person to set up, operate, and/or tend welding machines or robots to produce weldments. They must pay HIGH attention to detail and work under limited supervision. They must efficiently perform hand welding and running of a robot welder. This job involves collaborating with other team members to help meet department goals and objectives.

  • Conduct quality control checks on your work by inspecting, operating, and testing your finished products/processes to verify functioning, machine capabilities, or conformance to required specifications, and make any needed adjustments or repairs immediately.
  • Perform cleaning operations (scale & BB removal, etc.) on parts post-weld.
  • Perform other supporting processes, such as basic routine maintenance, clocking in/out of jobs electronically so that parts can be tracked, and helping control costs by operating effectively & efficiently.
  • Have basic working knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Web Developer

We are looking for a talented back end programmer to develop web-based applications in PHP. Projects will include building and maintaining applications that interact with other software systems such as our ERP & CAD systems as well as existing custom-built applications. A solid grasp of database structures is needed to both interact with existing data as well as create and store new data. The job will require creative thinking to solve problems for internal customers in a manufacturing environment, as well as external customers who use your web systems.
The position is not limited to PHP web development, and could also include Android app development, Visual Studio addons to existing software, ERP management, and robotic and automation integration. A diverse background of skills and willingness to learn is appreciated for this position.

Service Technician

The primary function of this position is Technical Customer Service. The majority of time will be spent communicating and troubleshooting with our international and domestic dealer personnel via phone and email regarding equipment failures, product complaints and warranty concerns. This job involves a relationship-based approach to create positive interactions and build excellent rapport with our international and domestic dealers. Candidates must demonstrate outstanding technical customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide technical support that exceeds customer expectations. It is essential that this Technical Support Specialist enjoys interacting with others via phone and email and be comfortable speaking with people from other cultures they may not be fluent in the English language.


Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate positive relationships with our international distributors and ensure communication and follow up are completed in a timely manner.
  • May require flex hours or being available to communicate and reply to emails on the international distributors time schedule.
  • May require some international travel.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and give repair advice regarding equipment failures and concerns (includes hydraulic systems, 12-volt electrical systems, mechanical systems and gas & diesel engines).
  • Complaint resolution, listen to and find acceptable solutions for disgruntled dealers and customers.
  • Evaluate failures, determine warranty, find probable causes and decide if further action is required
  • Log pertinent call information for tracking and future reporting purposes

  • 2+ years mechanical experience working on commercial turf or related equipment
  • 2+ years experience working in Technical Customer Service in the Outdoor Power Equipment Industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate in detail and troubleshoot effectively through email using pictures, diagrams and written explanation.

Product Development Engineer

The Design Engineer works as part of a team to engineer and design new products and/or components. May include mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.


Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop methods, components, systems, or products to achieve VPI requirements
  • Develop appropriate test specifications and/or test methods. Conduct or direct relevant testing
  • Work with engineering product development team. Includes preparing drawings for manufacturing
