Venture Products, Inc. (VENTRAC) is accepting applications for full-time positions on 1st shift in the ASSEMBLY and PAINT departments as well as 2nd shift in the FABRICATION and WELDING departments.
Ideal candidates must have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast pace, highly flexible, team environment. Excellent attendance record is a must.
Welding applicants must have 2+ yrs welding experience in MIG/pulse. Operators will be trained to program, set up and run robots.

JOB: Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible to process and track incoming orders, inquiries, and customer leads. Responsibilities include ensuring that communication, lead tracking and follow up are done in a timely manner and to create a positive experience with potential and current customers; To process new dealer orders and inquiries to assist in achieving sales goals and objectives.
This job involves a relationship based approach to create positive and informative experiences for every interaction. Candidates must demonstrate outstanding product knowledge while providing world class customer service that exceeds customer expectations. It is essential that the Inside Sales Rep. enjoys interacting with others over the phone and be comfortable building rapport quickly.
Must be able to use job aids and tools to conduct interactions with ease.
Take initiative to solve problems, and be passionate about creating a positive experience for our customers.
Answer calls and emails from prospective and current customers regarding product information
Utilize lead system to collect, track and organize lead data and other related information
Contact potential leads and assist them with any questions and guide them to our dealers
Provide detailed and calculated information for anticipated sales to assist in forecast demand
Assist with inside sales
Effectively communicate with dealers regarding their orders, sales, and questions
Advise outside salespeople of information regarding dealers in their territory and of potential new dealers
Other duties as assigned
Successfully demonstrated - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone communication skills
Detail oriented to produce quality work with a service oriented attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills professional, courteous, friendly and helpful
Excellent grammar, voice and diction abilities
Excellent computer and keyboarding skills Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, Social Media skills
Superb ability to read, understand and interpret mechanical and operational information effectively
Strong process and organizational skills
Excellent presentation skills with internal and external customers
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Minimum six months related experience and/or training
The ability to pass drug and criminal background screenings
Associates/Bachelor degree Preferred
2+ years of similar experience in Inside Sales
Formal Customer Service Training
Experience in working with International Accounts
Fluent in another language
