Ventrac all-wheel drive compact articulating tractors, attachments and specialty equipment are designed and manufactured in Orrville, Ohio USA by Venture Products, Inc. Venture Products was started in 1998 by the Steiner family, who has been building equipment for the turf industry since 1974.

Ventrac tractors come in two different tractor models, the 3000 and 4000 series ranging from 21hp to 31hp. Both series are available in either air or liquid cooled and gas or diesel engines.

Ventrac tractors are unique in many ways. First off, Ventrac tractors articulate in the center. Combine this with a low center of gravity, a weight transfer system, and the dual wheel option on the 4000 series, and Ventrac tractors are especially good at operating on hillsides where most machinery can not safely operate. The Ventrac 4231 Turbo Diesel is rated up to 30 degrees of continuous operation on slopes when equipped with dual wheels making it an excellent slope mower.

Ventrac is also unique in the number of attachments available. Over 30 attachments are available for the 4000 series, and over 16 attachments available for the 3000 series. Move dirt, leaves, and snow, aerate at lawn, till a garden, remove a stump, trench, and prepare a seedbed; these are just a few of the functions performed by Ventrac attachments.
