Orders are generally processed between 1-2 business days.

All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) in the United States only.

Ecommerce Parts
Items Not Available Online: Certain parts are only offered through authorized dealers to ensure:
- Safety & Warranty Compliance - Some components require certified installation or programming.
- Special Handling - Parts with shipping restrictions need dealer support.
Return Policy
Parts ordered in error may be returned with prior approval. To obtain an RMA number, complete the return form on our website.
- Returns without an RMA may be disposed of without credit.
- Parts must be new, unused, in original packaging, current, and resalable.
- Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery (exceptions apply).
The following parts and accessories are not eligible for return:
- Cut to length items (trim, weatherstrip, Velcro, etc.)
- Electrical (batteries, switches, relays, fuel pumps, etc.)
- Engines
- Filters (oil, hydraulic, fuel, etc.)
- Glass
- Hardware (nuts, bolts, fasteners)
- Oils & lubricants
- Opened, unsealed or broken kits.
- Paint
- Tires & Wheels
All returned parts will incur a 20% restocking fee. All return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for credit.
Reporting Damages, Defective or Incorrect Parts
If a part arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please submit a claim through our website within 7 days of receipt.
- If the error is on Ventrac's part, you'll receive a full refund or credit, and we'll promptly correct the issue.
- For defective or incorrect products, Ventrac will replace the item. To start the process, complete the Claim Form and include a brief description of the issue. For damaged shipments, please attach photos.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued after Ventrac processes your returned item, which may take up to 30 days or longer in some cases. The refund will be sent to the payment method selected on your claims form, and additional time may be required by your financial institution to complete the transaction.

Partial Refunds
Please note that refunds will be reduced for returned items, such as for signs of customer use or damage, or missing parts, accessories.

Refund Declines
If your selected refund method is invalid, such as a closed account or expired card, the refund will be declined, and credit will be issued to your Ventrac.com account. Contact Us if you would like the refund to be issued to a different payment method.
Warranty
New defective parts - The warranty period for replacement parts is 90 days. The 90-day period begins the day the customer purchases the part from Ventrac. Proof of purchase will be required for warranty credit.
Warranty repairs - For warranty consideration, Ventrac commercial equipment must be returned to an Authorized Ventrac Dealer within the warranty period. Only warranty work performed and submitted by an Authorized Ventrac Dealer is eligible for warranty credit. No warranty credit will be issued for work performed by the customer. Products repaired or altered by anyone other than an Authorized Ventrac Dealer—or failures resulting from alteration, misuse, neglect, or accident—are not eligible for warranty credit.
Ventrac Dealer assignment to customers
Ventrac products are sold through a trusted dealer network, and we deeply value these partnerships. To maintain strong relationships, we work closely with our dealers. When a customer places an order, a dealer is initially suggested based on the customer’s ZIP code; however, customers have the flexibility to select their preferred dealer during checkout. All ecommerce orders are processed and shipped directly by Ventrac from our Ohio facility.
