https://www.ventrac.com/products/attachments/ndWhat makes the Ventrac Sidewalk Snow Vehicle the best in its class at commercial snow removal?
The Ventrac ND Snow Plow Blade, of course. The Snow Plow Blade paired together with the SSV offers a smooth, ride-along option versus walk-behind equipment. And the SSV + Snow Blade allows you to tolerate the cold and wet conditions by yielding fast and effective results when the weather turns.
With a width narrower than most other options on the market, the 42-inch blade is angled to fit a 36-inch sidewalk perfectly. The SSV Blade is excellent at providing labor-saving and versatile options for any number of jobs in tight spaces. Also offered is a wider 52-inch blade that can be angled down to a 48-inch working width for larger areas. The blade can be conveniently angled left or right from the operator’s station using the hydraulic lever.
Innovative design on the SSV Blade sets it apart from other snow removal equipment by offering unique options for surface adaptation. The SSV Blade comes standard with a hardened steel cutting edge, and as shown in the video, an optional poly edge allows for more sidewalk and surface variation. The poly blade is extremely helpful for use over pavers, delicate and uneven sidewalks where equipment, operator and sidewalk will be guarded against unnecessary force met with these surfaces. This blade also has adjustable skid shoes allowing the operator to control how aggressive they are with the cutting edge.
